I graduated this weekend- I guess it was kind of a big deal. We partied hard and all that.
But this is the boy I’m going to be spending the rest of my life with. And though graduation signifies the ending of a lot of things, it also is the beginning of so many more things. I’m going to miss my teachers and god, my friends so much. But I’m going to open the door to a thousand more experiences. And true friendships have no real “ending”, truthfully.
And more than that- the rest of my life with this guy— the love of my life. We have so much ahead of us; so many trips, and homes, and friends, and long nights, and celebrations, and good times to experience together. (This is the part I’m most excited for.) I just don’t even have words for how I feel about our relationship- except that I’m truly in love with him, and I want to be forever.
No matter what it means, and all the things that are ending and beginning, this was a milestone. It was great, and I can’t wait for what is next.
